Senior Infants Room 5: Waterproof or not?

Barnaby Bear sent us a letter asking if we could help him find some waterproof items. He is always getting wet at the picnics and needs to find something that will keep him dry. First, we picked the things we wanted to test. We picked tinfoil, newspaper, a plastic bag and some material.
